The three-member justice bench comprising Justice D V Sharma, Justice SU Khan and Justice Sudhir Agarwal has on Thursday delivered its historic judgement on the sensitive Ram Mandir vs Babri Masjid controversy over a piece of land that Hindus claim to be their Lord Ram's birthplace. The case of the Sunni Waqf board has been dismissed and the disputed land is likely to be divided as: 1/3 to hindu mahasabha, 1/3 to muslims, 1/3 to nirmohi akhada(another hindu institution). temple for land is to be given to the Ram Janmabhoomi Trust of the Hindus. Hindus have won!
